Commercial Farms-  To create a new Integrated Agricultural Park with a central Farm Village Hub to provide a micro-commercial center which supports farmer tenants in establishing innovative and profitable crops and products and suppliments needed start-up investment with access to agro-tourism and affordable housing.

   Each farm is designed to test a variety of crops, beggining with a test nursery and a 3 year plan to expand to full production of 25 acres.The farms form the investment base for shops and residences in the village center.

Flower Forest &  Essential Oil Processing Center.

-Planting crops that produce essential oils.  

     -Combining high-value trees; sandal wood, cinnamon, kukui, puakinikini etc,  

     -with fast return crops; Maui Mint, lemon grass etc.

- Producing "Made on Maui" oils from...

   a)    crops grown on our farm

   b)     collected local flowers and citrus from Upcountry homes 

   c)     inviting others (ex. Kula Lavender Farm) to process oils with us

 

Long term to be profitable, oils need a lot of raw material, so to expand beyond our own acres, we sell flowering trees, and agree to buy back flowers when they bloom, generating homeowners an income stream from their yards.
